Light has a strong effect on the timing of your biological clock. The following four questions will enable you to use light to help control your clock. It is assumed your are healthy and not taking any medications, sleeping pills or stimulants.

 
1. What time do you get up for your shift?
2. What time do you go to bed after your shift?
 
3. What time does your shift start?
4. What time does your shift end?
